HealthNet terms and conditions
You must read these terms and conditions before accessing the service because you will be deemed to have accepted them and to be bound by them when you use the service.
The service is free, however you remain responsible for all telephone call charges that you incur while accessing the service.
We grant you a non-exclusive right to use the services that we supply. We retain the right to revoke your right to use our services if you breach these terms and conditions.
REGISTRATION
All registration information supplied to us by you must be true, complete and accurate. You must not impersonate any other person. You must notify us of any changes to the information immediately by e-mail to support@HealthNet
This service is limited to one account per user. We reserve the right to restrict access in full or partial, to any part of the service if you fail to abide by our terms & conditions.YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We will respect your personal information and undertake to comply with all applicable UK Data Protection legislation currently in force. In relation to the personal information provided by you on registration (your registration details) you agree that Healthnet may use such information in accordance with the purposes for which your permission has been obtained on registration.
Other than as required by law, or as permitted under these terms & conditions, we will not disclose your registration details to any third party without your permission.OUR OBLIGATIONS TO YOU
We do not guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions or free from errors. We may also have to suspend the service from time to time to carry out maintenance and to make upgrades to it. If we have to suspend the service we will try to give you as much notice in advance as possible.
As we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case we do not accept responsibility for any defects that may exist, or for any costs, loss of profits, loss of data, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to access Healthnet.
Healthnet is provided without any warranties or guarantees unless specifically stated.
Your dealings with, and interest in, promotions, services, or merchants found on or via Healthnet, unless explicitly stated by us, are solely between you and the person with whom you are dealing. Should any dispute arise between you, Healthnet will do its best to help you resolve the situation, but we will not be responsible for any losses or damages that may arise from any such dealings.
We are not responsible for the content of any Web Site other than our own. We will not be responsible to you for any loss or damage that you suffer by using the service (except where the use results in death or personal injury and is caused by our negligence). We would particularly point out that you should be careful when giving your credit or debit card details to third parties over the Internet.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Healthnet for any reason.
In order to maintain the integrity of Healthnet we reserve the right to forward contact details to the Police, or other Regulatory authorities where requested to do so; we may also forward contact details where a complaint arises concerning your use of Healthnet, and where that use is deemed by us to be inconsistent with these terms & conditions.YOUR OBLIGATION TO US
You agree that you will only use Healthnet in a manner that is consistent with these terms & conditions and in such a way as to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. In particular, you will not use Healthnet to transmit or post any material that is defamatory, offensive, or of an obscene or menacing character, or which may, in our judgement, cause annoyance, inconvenience or anxiety to any person.
In consideration for the web space being made available to you at no charge you agree that we can advertise and operate promotions by way of banner advertisements on your web space at no charge, provided that such advertisements and promotions are reasonable and that we fully indemnify you against any claim or action brought against you as the direct result of any advertisement or promotion placed by us on your web space.
Where applicable, you are responsible for the confidentiality of your username and password and must immediately notify us if you become aware that someone is making unauthorised use of them.
You agree that the material and content contained within or provided by Healthnet is for your personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes or distributed commercially without our permission. Your use of Healthnet carries with it no rights in relation to copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property rights in Healthnet.
You are responsible for obtaining the equipment and paying all telephone charges necessary to access and use Healthnet.
You agree not to use Healthnet or the services made available to you on or via Healthnet such that you cause the whole or part of Healthnet or such services to be interrupted, damaged, rendered less efficient or is in any way impaired.
We may terminate your account, without notice, if you breach these terms and conditions, or if you fail to use the service for more than 90 days.
You may terminate your account without penalty and without notice by ceasing to use the service.OTHER CONDITIONS
We may, on one month’s notice introduce a charge for the service. If we introduce a charge you will be able to terminate your use of the service before you become liable to make any payment to us.
These user conditions may be amended from time to time and we will inform you when they change through our email newsletter. They may also be extended to include other conditions applicable to specific products or services offered by Healthnet from time to time.
