Are you passionate about wine, hospitality, customer experience, and building lasting relationships? We are seeking an energetic and entrepreneurial Wine Club Manager to lead and grow our Direct-to-Consumer and Wine Club programs while creating exceptional experiences for our guests and members.

As our Wine Club Manager, you will take ownership of the entire wine club program, including membership growth, retention, club shipments, events, communications, and member engagement. You will play a key role in shaping the guest journey, driving DTC sales, and ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to hospitality excellence.

What You'll Do
• Lead the growth and retention of the wine club while enhancing the overall member experience.
• Take ownership of membership goals, database integrity, wine club releases, and fulfillment operations.
• Analyze membership trends and identify opportunities to improve acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Develop and execute creative promotions, wine club events, and special experiences.
• Forecast wine allocations, production needs, inventory requirements, and shipping demand to support club growth.
• Manage club communications and cultivate meaningful relationships with wine club members.
• Resolve member concerns proactively and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and negotiate event-related services.
• Partner with winery leadership on strategic initiatives that support long-term growth.
• Stay informed on industry trends, DTC best practices, and competitive market activity.

What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate combines hospitality expertise, business acumen, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications
• 3-5+ years of wine hospitality, retail management, direct-to-consumer sales, or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving results.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience managing databases, POS systems, and customer relationship platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast inventory and production needs.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and execute with minimal supervision.
• Passion for wine, hospitality, and delivering world-class customer experiences.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.
