At Shady Creek Winery, we believe every guest experience starts the moment someone walks through our doors. We’re looking for a welcoming, organized, and guest-focused Host to be the first impression of our winery—someone who sets the tone for an unforgettable visit.

What You’ll Do

• Greet every guest with a warm, genuine welcome 
• Manage waitlists and reservations to ensure smooth guest flow 
• Guide guests through their visit, including seating and experiences.
• Communicate clearly with the team to maintain efficient service 
• Answer phones with professionalism and enthusiasm, assisting with reservations, questions, and general inquiries 
• Support the retail space by assisting guests with purchases, answering product questions, and maintaining a clean, organized shop
• Handle high-volume situations with composure and positivity
